I'm starting the service of engineering Uri pages that are kinda like "phantom" webpages that DON'T require internet to open.

By "phantom" I mean that the page doesn't really exist in a sense. All it exists as is a link, which is made to tell your browser what the page looks like, does, and where to link things. You won't be able to locate these pages on google nor any other search engine because of this, but they do NOT require an internet connection to load if you have a bookmark/on a page with a link already. There are several cons to this kind of page, but this is an early state of (-Web)site development.
